Zapier connects Reflect to dozens of other software tool APIs, without the need for code.
After playing around with the integration for a few months now, here are some of our favorite workflows:
1. Save emails to your notes by forwarding them to a unique address
Clear out your inbox quickly in the morning by sending emails directly into your notes. Within Zapier, you will create a unique email address. Any emails you forward to this address will land in your notes! It’s great for creating action items based off emails, or just saving the information for later.
2. Send Tweets you like to Reflect
Do you often bookmark Tweets, only to never read them again? Same. Luckily, you can quickly set up a “Zap” that automatically appends liked Tweets to your daily notes. Use this integration so you never miss valuable tweets again.
3. Automate your meeting notes
Never take meeting notes again. By connecting Fireflies.ai to Reflect, you can not only record and transcribe your meetings, but have the key takeaways and action items appear right in your notes.
4. Save Slack messages to Reflect
Many of our To do’s now come from Slack. This integration lets you save Slack messages directly to your Reflect notes without having to toggle back and forth between the apps.
5. Add Google Docs to your Reflect notes
Have a Google doc that you want to save in your notes? This Zap designates a folder within your Google Drive as a trigger so that whenever a document is added to it, it’s also automatically saved to Reflect.
6. Get the weather report each day in your notes
Zapier has its own weather app that you can connect to Reflect. Input your coordinates, and then customize your report to read how you’d like.
7. Save your Strava statistics
If you’re a Strava user, you can send your workouts and accomplishments into your Reflect notes. We don’t have a video for this one yet, but you can copy the template here.
8. Send your ChatGPT conversations to Reflect
This one comes with a disclaimer: you’ll need access to ChatGPT Plugins. But if you do have access, you can install the Zapier plugin. Once you’re happy with a ChatGPT transcript and want to save it, just instruct the chatbot to “Save this thread to Reflect using Zapier”.
There is a lot more that can be done with Zapier and Reflect that we haven’t even discovered yet. Subscribe to our YouTube page to see new ones we come up with, and let us know what other workflows you find.
